Oregon Classics

January 2022

Happy New Year! We hope you had the chance to rest and relax over the holiday season. Here at Cellar 503 we’re excited for 2022—so many things to look forward to here in Oregon in the coming year.

So in honor of our optimism and hope, we are featuring Oregon classic wines this month.  Most people know Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris are classic Oregon wines. But did you know that Tempranillo is coming on strong as another classic Oregon wine?

We are excited to feature a Willamette Valley Tempranillo - yes, you read that right! - from Stafford Hills Winery. Our second red is a classic Willamette Valley Pinot Noir from new winery partner Trathen Hall Wines.

Our first white is a classic Pinot Gris from long time winery partner Maysara Winery in McMinnville. Our second white is a Chardonnay from Matzinger-Davies Wines in the Chehalem Mountains AVA.

This is a great way to dive into the wines that Oregon is best known for!

Cheers!
